Personal Injury : Are we in theCompensation Culture?

Are we in the Compensation Culture.

It is true that if one suffers an accident or personal injury at work , in a road traffic accident or through other negligence, once can claim compensation.. but often when one may have a valid claim they do not always follow the claim through the legal channels available.

Some may say that we are turning into a comepensation culture or almost becomming " americanised" but actually what is wrong with claiming compensation anyway?

This may be seen to be a leading question, but factually it may be on the mind of the person
who suffers an injury. It is probable that when one has had an accident the think may be "can I be bothered anyway" and thus they do not pursue there claim. At Comp Claim we think differantly, we beleive if you have been injured then you should make a claim not least of all because your claim is free but also you are, by law entitled to claim by law.

So, as your claim is totally free either way you should at least enquire as to the validity of the claim, you may be enititled to sum of money you least expected
